Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using this website (the "Service") operated by Trunk Tailors Pty Ltd.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. You warrant that you are at least 18-years-old and you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. If you are under 18-years-old, you warrant that you have obtained consent from your parent or guardian and they agree to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We pride ourselves in our dedication to each of our client’s commission and our garment’s quality and fit. For all our custom orders, as they are made from scratch for each individual, we will not accept returns unless it is deemed by us to be not fit for purpose.

For all bespoke orders cut from scratch, we will work with our tailors to create the best pattern and finished garment. We do not offer discount or remake on bespoke patterns if they are not identical to any drawings or internet references. We advise you to consult with our team before commencing on a bespoke order.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Trunk Tailors Pty Ltd. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Australia and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Trunk Tailors Pty Ltd. Nothing in these Terms constitutes a transfer of any Intellectual Property rights from us to you.

Photographs, logos, texts and any other graphics are exclusive property of Trunk Tailors Pty Ltd and cannot be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Trunk Tailors Pty Ltd.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

You agree that we shall not be liable for any damages suffered as a result of using the Service. We reserve the right to refuse any online or custom order without giving reason. If and or the order is cancelled, you will be notified by our team and any monies or deposits will be refunded.
